Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Love Dahlias, we ship carefully grown and hand-packed flower bulbs/plants and dahlia tubers throughout South Africa. To ensure the best possible outcome for your plants, all orders are delivered at the correct planting time, rather than immediately at purchase. This protects the health of the tubers and gives them the highest chance of success in your garden.
Processing & Dispatch
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed and shipped within the seasonal shipping window. We do not dispatch bulbs or tubers outside of suitable planting periods.
When your order is ready to leave the farm, you will receive a confirmation email including your Courier Guy waybill number so you can track your parcel.
Delivery Method
All parcels are shipped via Courier Guy door-to-door service. Delivery times vary depending on location and courier network. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within South Africa due to strict agricultural and import regulations. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Delays
While we always strive for prompt dispatch, delivery times may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, or high seasonal volume. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, transit timing is beyond our control, but we will assist where possible.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is damaged or missing, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a Courier Guy claim. Claims must be made within 5 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your address details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
We appreciate your support and patience in allowing us to send your order at the perfect time for planting. Every bulb we send is carefully grown with love, and we want to give it the best possible start in its new home.
