Growing Info
Plant sword lily bulbs from October to November.
They require rich, but well drained soil and must be planted in full sun.
Plant the corms 10cm deep and 15cm apart.
Water them regularly, never allowing the soil to totally dry out. If you water in the morning, allowing the leaves to dry out before sunset, it will help prevent rust.
After flowering keep them well watered and fed. Lift the bulbs when the leaves have turned yellow. Keep only the new corm that has formed directly above the old one.
Discard any unhealthy or damaged bulbs.
